Locali processes orders from Sunday to Thursday, within 48 hours of the order’s placement, or the next available working day. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday, or holiday will be processed the following business day. Locali ships all over the world via DHL, FedEx, UPS or EMS subject to our Terms & Conditions. Locali cannot be accountable for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays, meteorological conditions, customs inspections and other circumstances that are irrelevant to Locali's control.

Yes. Once your return is authorized by us, you'll receive step-by-step instructions via email. Returns for full priced items will be accepted for items within 14 days of purchase with the exception of sale items which cannot be refunded or exchanged. All tags must be attached;
For international returns, customers will be granted online store credit equal to the amount of item(s) returned, minus the value of shipping and stocking fee. This fee will be calculated and removed from your refund at when the return is processed. The stocking fee will be applied for returns that weren't occur due a damage or a delivery that didn't match the original order. The fee will be in the rate of 5% of the transaction amount or up to $25 (lower between them) the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused.
Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and on the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
